Regional Delivery & Logistics Company is seeking an experienced manager to lead delivery operations and customer service in Pensacola and the Florida Panhandle.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with a “can-do” attitude that is results-driven and gets up to speed quickly to provide superior delivery services to our customers.
Compensation ranges from $1100 to $1500 per week based on experience and qualifications.
- Knowledge of the FL Panhandle as well as the AL and MS Gulf Coast geographic area.
- Exceptional customer service skills, able to manage all issues to resolution.
- Office Supplies & Auto Parts delivery experience a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience leading delivery drivers and collaborating with independent contractors.
- Ability to creatively solve problems as needed.
- Ability to work in a challenging environment with critical delivery parameters.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- PC aptitude including the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent working knowledge of D.O.T. and HazMat regulations.
- Ability to drive vehicles up to and including a 26-foot straight truck.
- Able to operate and utilize material handling equipment including hand truck, pallet jack and forklift.
- Able to lift packages up to seventy-five pounds.
Associate’s degree, or above preferred.
Experience: At least 2 years of management experience in transportation, warehousing, and logistics.
