Job Title: Relationship Manager
Position Location: Floater - NC (Raleigh, Apex, Holly Springs, and surrounding areas)
Your impact:
The Relationship Manager builds rapport with our members and acts as their consultant in meeting their financial needs, mortgage lending needs, and providing referrals to business partners.
As a key contributor to the Coastal team, your responsibilities will be:
- (60%) Developing, implementing, and monitoring your own action plan to achieve personal and branch goals including, but limited to:
- Loan Origination
- Deposit Origination
- New Membership
- New Checking
- Credit Life and Disability
- GAP
- Referrals
(15%) Opening and maintaining products in accordance with guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure proper documentation is completed and errors are prevented
- (15%) Completing the standardized relationship building plan for all new memberships
- (10%) Assisting with Branch Manager tasks in the absence of the Manager: opening/closing procedures, branch related reports, and audit preparations

Experience:
- Five years of retail financial institution experience in a branch role requiring the meeting of individual sales goals and including three years of experience with account servicing and opening auto loans, credit cards and equity loans
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
