Job Summary
As a Warehouse Lead, you'll start each day by coordinating with the Shipping/Receiving and Inventory Managers to prioritize tasks. Your mornings will involve efficiently storing filled production containers in the finished goods racks and managing the early receipt and verification of LTL raw materials. You'll ensure that all paperwork is accurate before forwarding it to the purchasing department. In the afternoons, you'll assist the shipping operator in organizing and preparing sales orders for shipment, making sure everything is correctly labeled and ready to go. This role is key to keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Compliance with all site rules, annual refresher training and safe job procedures.
- Daily receipts and stocking of materials received to the Raw Material Warehouse.
- Daily put away of FG production into the FG Warehouse racks.
- Raw Material Warehouse housekeeping and organization.
- Fork Truck Operation.
- Raw Material Labeling.
- Preparation of Finished Product for shipment.
- Cycle Counts as directed by Management.
- Quarterly Inventory Counts.
- Department Paperwork accuracy and flow.
- Materials Outage Reporting and Communication.
- FIFO stock rotation.
- Knowledge of Job includes: DOT Training, RCRA and Safe Fork Truck Operations.
- Interact with production operators as needed to achieve daily production schedule.
- Housekeeping, Trash and Waste Accumulation Areas maintained in Compliance.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Training and experience in Forklift Operation, Hazardous Waste Handling, DOT Operations, Bulk Tanker Delivery, Shipping and Receiving Paperwork.
- Proficiency in Forklift Operation, Reach Truck Operations, Bulk Tank Wagon unloading, Hazardous Waste Handling, Handheld Scanners.

Pay: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour
