Location: We serve Brunswick, New Hanover & Pender Counties

Position Type: Part-Time (Potential for Full-time)

Pay: $15/hr paid daily during probation period; Following evaluation $18/hr-$20/hr paid weekly; bonuses and pay raises to follow; This is a 1099 position therefore you will be responsible for paying your income taxes at the end of the year

Company Overview: We are a leading cleaning service that caters to a diverse clientele, including luxury homes and short term rentals. Our reputation is built on our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking 1 or 2 dedicated and hardworking Cleaning Technicians to join our team. Prior experience preferred but willing to train the right individual

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning services in various residential settings, ensuing high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
• Implement our proven cleaning techniques to achieve optimal results
• Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with customers and team members
• Adapt to different cleaning environments and adhere to specific customer requests
• Meet the physical demands of the job, including squatting, kneeling, climbing stairs, and standing for long periods of time

Requirements:

• Must be reliable and hardworking with a passion for cleaning and customer service
• Ability to implement our cleaning techniques with precision
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Willingness to commute up to 40 mins in some circumstances
• Must be able to meet our high standards for cleanliness and maintain a positive demeanor in all situations

Probation Period:

• This position will begin with a 3-day probation period at $15/hr, paid daily
• An evaluation will be conducted at the end of the probation period with pay rates adjusted to between $18-$20 per hour based on performance to be paid weekly
• Pay rate may increase up to $25/hr with tenure, dedication, reliability and overall performance

Schedule:

• This is a part-time position, offering approximately 3 days of work per week
• Opportunity for the position to transition into full-time based on performance and productivity
