As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth flow of materials within the warehouse, ensuring the efficient handling, transportation, and storage of products. Key Responsibilities :
Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and stack materials and products within the warehouse and production areas.
Ensure that materials are accurately stored and labeled according to company protocols.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.
Assist in inventory management by reporting any discrepancies and conducting regular checks.
Follow all safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely and efficient material flow to meet production goals.
Perform minor maintenance tasks on the forklift as needed.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
Valid forklift certification (company may offer training for qualified candidates).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow directions accurately.
