PROPERTY MANAGER
Coastal Home & Villa, a premier vacation rental company located on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, is looking for a sharp and ambitious Property Manager to join our growing team. This position is part of the core of our team and will serve as one of the main points of contact for our homeowners and will excel at delivering our signature level of hands-on service.
The ideal candidate will:
- Personally oversee a manageable portfolio of properties
- Interact with homeowners on a consistent basis
- Maintain properties to the company’s and homeowner’s standards
- Ensuring revenue goals are being met
- Delivering great guest experiences
There are many responsibilities that this role takes on – but some of the most important and essential include effective communication, objective conflict resolution, maintaining and enhancing vendor relationships, project management, detailed follow-up, and business savvy to be able to look at a property and maximize its potential in a competitive marketplace. Additionally, teamwork is a key element to the success of our co-workers, guests, homeowners, vendor partners, and our business.

- You are somewhat handy when it comes to fixing simple things, you are fine standing on your feet for extended periods of time, you can safely lift or carry heavy items, and you do not mind our Island’s changing weather conditions when working outside
- You are a hard-working team player who works well with others and can work a flexible (and sometimes extended) schedule based on business needs
