Responsibilities:
Guest Relations:
- Ensure a warm welcome and a smooth check-in/check-out process for guests.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Property Operations:
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services to uphold quality standards.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.
- Oversee the onboarding of new vacation rental properties.
Marketing and Communication:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to update property descriptions and ensure accurate photography.
- Communicate property updates, improvements, and promotions to enhance guest experience.
Owner Relations:
- Build strong partnerships with homeowners and manage all communication.
- Coordinate repairs, deliveries, and property improvements.
- Collaborate with property owners to establish and achieve revenue goals.
Qualifications
· South Carolina Property Managers License is required.
· 2 years of management experience in a related field.
· Valid driver's license.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently or within a team.
· Computer literate with proficiency in web-based apps.
· Must live locally and able to commute to work.
