What We are Looking For
Local applicants only within 45 minutes of Savannah, GA.
We are looking for PART TIME property inspectors.
Schedule: TH, FR, SAT 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
SAT, SUN, MON 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Use of personal vehicle reimbursed $30 daily.
Additional reimbursement: gas, routine maintenance, and repairs.
Previous experience in the housekeeping and hospitality industry a must.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- The ability to perform tasks in various weather conditions (heat, rain, snow)
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, often for a minimum of two hours at a time
- Must be able to consistently walk and climb/descend stairs
- Must be able to kneel, reach, crawl, and twist torso as needed to accomplish required tasks
- Must be able to push and/or pull to include when using a cart to carry linens, trash, etc.
- Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 40 pounds without assistance
General Requirements
- Must display very good organization and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalities
- Must have sound judgment and discretional skills and work with little or no supervision
- Must be able to consistently work under pressure and simultaneously prioritize multiple projects
- Bi-lingual is a plus
- Must have clean driving record
Work Objectives
- Candidate must know modems, dvd, cable boxes, Direct TV, Roku, and fire-stick and be able to troubleshoot TV and wifi issues
- Inspect properties to make sure they are in good condition
- Note all wear and tear that you find while inspecting each property
- Complete a checklist of tasks in each property assigned to you
- Take inventory of all homeware and make note of anything that is missing
- Input maintenance orders on phone
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance staff, and office staff to achieve goals
- Experience in entering maintenance requests through app and emailing through Outlook
Guest Satisfaction
- Announce presence and enter properties in accordance with Company standards and procedures
- Smile, acknowledge, and greet guests while in properties or any other area of the building
Teamwork
- Be available to work a flexible schedule. Weekends and holidays are a MUST!
- Assist other employees in various assignments
