Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Assistant at Pensacola Marine Center located in Pensacola, FL. The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for tasks related to financial statements, accounting software, accounting, finance, and bookkeeping on a day-to-day basis. Must be well versed in service work orders, progress billing and must be comfortable tracking job profitability through Quickbooks. Salary will be commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working in billing for construction or shipyard operations.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years experience with Quickbooks and Accounting Software skills
- Must have proven experience with job costing and progressive billing
- Experience with financial analysis and reporting
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to multi-task and communicate clearly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Must be willing to work Monday - Friday
