Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of equipment to identify issues.
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks as needed for system repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all work activities.
- Provide excellent customer service while communicating effectively with clients regarding system performance and maintenance needs.
- Document all service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed on equipment.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure seamless operation of HVAC systems within facilities.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC/R issues.
- Proficient in welding techniques relevant to HVAC applications.
- Experience in field service operations with a focus on customer satisfaction.
