Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $300K chairside compensation
- Profit sharing/ Practice Distributions
- Up to $15K Sign-on bonus/ relocation bonus
What You’ll Do:
- Comprehensive Periodontal Care: Lead and deliver high-quality periodontal services, including implant placements, soft tissue grafts, and full-mouth rehabilitation
- Team Leadership: Collaborate with a skilled team of hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient, patient-focused care.
- Patient Relationships: Build long-term, trusting relationships with patients, providing education and personalized care to improve their oral health and achieve lasting results.
- Practice Growth: Contribute to the practice's growth by maintaining high standards of care, improving patient outcomes, and helping to meet production and collection goals
Experience:
- 3-5 years with a solid foundation in periodontal care.
- Ability to create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations.
- Experience with specialized prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of periodontal diseases and in the placement of dental implants.
- Successful track record of providing leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment.
