- Total Revenue: $1.5 million
- Patient Volume: 12 patients per day
- New Patients: 10 new patients per month
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $300K base with additional compensation incentives

What You’ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive periodontal care, including implant placements, soft tissue grafts, and full-mouth rehabilitation.
- Lead and collaborate with a skilled team of hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient, patient-centered care.
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with patients through education and personalized treatment plans.
- Contribute to practice growth by maintaining high standards of care and achieving production and collection goals.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3-5 years of experience in periodontal care.
- Strong ability to diagnose, prevent, and treat periodontal diseases while placing dental implants.
- A successful track record of leadership, teamwork, and providing exceptional patient care.
