Duties

- Provide crisis intervention services to families experiencing immediate difficulties.
- Assist families in understanding and accessing child protective services and family law resources.
- Facilitate communication between families and service providers, ensuring that family voices are heard.
- Offer guidance on conflict management strategies to help resolve disputes within the family unit.
- Conduct outreach to families to promote awareness of available resources and support services.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with families and document progress toward goals.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills related to social work and family support.
Requirements
- Experience in child protective services or similar fields is preferred.
