Director of Human Resources
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Director of Human Resources (HR) is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. This role oversees HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, labor relations, and organizational culture at the regional level. The Director of HR ensures alignment of HR practices with business goals to drive employee engagement and company success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a regional HR strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and growth plans.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR policies, workforce planning, and organizational design.
- Drive a culture of innovation and collaboration, across a regional organization.
People Management and Development
- Lead talent management programs, including recruitment, retention, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives to foster a high-performance culture and improve employee satisfaction.
Regional HR Operations
- Oversee HR operations for a regional enterprise, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and cultural nuances.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to remain competitive and aligned with market standards.
- Monitor and manage HR budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
ADP Workforce Now Management
- Lead the implementation, optimization, and management of ADP Workforce Now systems, ensuring seamless HR operations.
- Ensure HR processes leverage ADP Workforce Now capabilities for efficiency, data accuracy, and real-time analytics.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to integrate ADP Workforce Now with other enterprise systems for streamlined workflows.
Change Management and Organizational Development
- Drive organizational change initiatives to support business transformation and growth.
- Lead efforts to improve employee adaptability to new technologies, systems, and ways of working.
- Partner with business leaders to assess organizational needs and design solutions that enhance productivity.
- Serve as Key Role on Acquisition Integration Team and Greenfield Launch Team.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and data privacy standards.
- Develop and enforce policies and practices that promote ethical behavior and risk mitigation.
- Ensure that the organization’s SOP’s, Job Descriptions, Training Manuals, and Playbooks are updated, modified, and implemented.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- Master s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Human Resources (preferred).
Experience
- 10 years of HR leadership experience in large, regional enterprises.
- Strong expertise in people management, talent development, and organizational design.
- Proven experience with ADP Workforce Now systems, including implementation, integration and optimization.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and workforce planning in a regional context.
- PE exposure (preferred)

Certifications
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or SHRM-SCP (preferred).
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
