Job Summary
We are seeking an employee to work in our office Monday-Friday 815am-5pm to help answer Locksmith calls, Locksmith walk in customers, Automation Tech support Calls, and handle receiving desk with packages to join our team! As an Shop Apprentice or experienced Locksmith / Tech Support you will assist and learn how to cut keys in our office, learn and program vehicle keys and remotes, assist customers with Alarm and Home automation services, and help unpackaged receiving boxes from distributors and help keep inventory straight. You will also assist clients with gaining entry into their homes, vehicles, businesses, and condos. You will also be asked to help maintaining and repair locksmith hardware and equipment, and keep excellent records of all client interactions, repairs, and inventory in the office. The ideal candidate has previous locksmith, Alarm / Automation Tech Support, and / or Inventory experience, but not required, and has an excellent eye for detail, and has strong customer service skills.
