As a Helpdesk Analyst, you’ll provide support to users, software, systems and multiple environments throughout the organization. Utilizing remote support techniques, troubleshooting fundamentals, and a strong knowledge/skill set, you will resolve issues and escalate where necessary.

As a Helpdesk Analyst, you’ll provide support to users, software, systems and multiple environments throughout the organization. Utilizing remote support techniques, troubleshooting fundamentals, and a strong knowledge/skill set, you will resolve issues and escalate where necessary.

What You’ll Own:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network problems.
- Provide step-by-step guidance to users to resolve their issues.
- Maintain and document trouble tickets, incidents, system procedures and processes.
- Provide some networking support and diagnosis.
- Company hardware and software procurement and record keeping.
- IT asset management – recycling, e-waste, and loaner equipment tracking.
- Other duties as directed and assigned, including occasional late after hours/weekend tasks.
- Other duties and projects as directed and assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree -OR- experience plus certification ex. (Network , A , Security , etc. ) in IT related field.
- 2 years’ experience providing technical support in a multi-location environment.
- Experience with providing product support for Microsoft Office 365 and Windows
- Experience with ticketing platforms including fresh service, Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow, etc.
- Printer setup and troubleshooting.
- Remote support software experience.
- Ability to use a ladder; lift 50 lbs.
- While not typical, available to travel anywhere in Ohio and surrounding states.
- Preferred experience:
- Remote management software experience.
- Knowledge of VoIP systems.
- Product Warranty/RMA experience
- Tech savvy professional. You know your stuff when it comes to cloud computing. Ideally you have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, One Drive, SharePoint and Exchange. Experienced with and computer troubleshooting including Windows and Mac OS. In the ever-changing world of technology, you have the desire, ability, and know-how to keep current with the latest technologies.
