We are seeking a Real Estate Development Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist in leading the overall operations of our Student Housing communities, ensuring exceptional service delivery to residents and achieving financial and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all aspects of leasing production, including administration, marketing, and maintaining competitive market knowledge.
- Assist in managing operational reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of regular and ad-hoc reports.
- Cultivate and support a high-performing team by training, mentoring, and holding team members accountable for their roles and responsibilities.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business, or related field preferred.
- Must have or be willing to obtain all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
- 1-3 years of experience in a student housing property management role preferred.
