Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to potential customers in designated neighborhoods.
- Build rapport with residents and effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services.
- Utilize warm calling techniques to follow up with leads generated from previous interactions.
- Demonstrate technical knowledge of products to address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using Salesforce or similar software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development and market penetration.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound calling or telemarketing is preferred.
- Strong background in inside sales or technical sales is an advantage.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is beneficial.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
