NOW HIRING: Veterinary Receptionist at Coastal Veterinary Clinic!

Coastal Veterinary Clinic in Bluffton, SC, is looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team! This is a great opportunity to be the warm, welcoming face of our practice while working in a supportive, community-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet clients and patients with compassion and professionalism
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communication
• Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
• Assist with checking in/out clients
• Triage phone calls and help clients determine next steps for care
• Communicate with doctors and techs to ensure seamless service and care
• Keep the front office clean, organized, and stocked

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a veterinary receptionist (1–2 years preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with veterinary terminology and software (IDEXX, Avimark, etc. a plus)
• Team-oriented with a calm, caring attitude—especially during emotional or stressful situations
• Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive client and medical information
