We are seeking a professional, positive, responsible receptionist with exemplary customer service skills to join our team! Our small animal veterinary hospitals are looking for full and part time veterinary receptionists to greet and check in/check out clients and pets, schedule appointments, manage multiple phone lines, communicate fees and veterinary services to our clients, manage the daily appointment schedule in a busy hospital setting, explain our services, sell products, process payments and maintain client accounting, and most importantly SMILE and provide top notch exceptional services that sets us apart to our clients and patients! Having a friendly and positive attitude is a requirement. One year experience in a veterinary facility is also required. Our mission is to provide high quality, cutting edge veterinary medicine to the pets of our community.
