Your Role:
The Data Solutions Engineer will lead the development and implementation of data engineering strategies to enhance business performance. This role involves managing data pipelines, overseeing projects, and collaborating with various departments to ensure effective data utilization.
- Oversee the design and implementation of our data pipeline architecture to support data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
- Utilize Snowflake to manage data warehousing solutions, ensuring optimal performance and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with various departments to identify data needs and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all BI initiatives
- Train and mentor team members on BI tools and techniques
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and BI
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of data engineering initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in Snowflake or other data warehousing solutions
- Expertise in data engineering technologies (e.g. Python, SQL, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficient in data visualization and reporting techniques
- Strong project management capabilities
- High level of adaptability and problem-solving skills
