Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Gymnastics Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students ages 16 months-5 years of age and their parents. Knowledge of gymnastics/tumbling is a plus! As a Preschool Gymnastics Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching beginner level gymnastics skills, ensuring the safety of all participants, and fostering a positive learning environment. Your enthusiasm for sports coaching and ability to connect with children will play a crucial role in developing their skills and confidence.
Duties
- Instruct students in gymnastics techniques, including tumbling, balance beam, bars, and vaulting.
- Use and incorporate pre-made lesson plans that cater to the varying skill levels of students.
- Ensure the safety of all participants by maintaining a safe training environment.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.
- Monitor student progress and adapt instruction as needed.
- Organize and lead warm-up exercises and conditioning routines.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and any concerns.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance instructional techniques.
Experience
- Previous experience in gymnastics instruction or related sports coaching is preferred.
- Background in childcare or experience working with students is highly desirable.
- Skills in additional sports such as swim, judo, karate, martial arts, cheerleading, or climbing are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate children.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
