Treatment Director
Role Overview:
The Treatment Director is responsible for leading a dedicated team, ensuring high-quality care for youth and families, and maintaining compliance with all organizational and regulatory standards. This position involves a blend of leadership, clinical oversight, and operational management to drive the success of the division.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development:
- Guide and inspire a dynamic team, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
- Set clear performance objectives and regularly assess progress.
- Manage hiring processes, from interviewing to selecting candidates for clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Provide comprehensive onboarding for new employees and promote ongoing learning for existing staff.
- Conduct regular one-on-one supervisions, facilitate performance reviews, and organize work schedules, including on-call rotations.
Clinical Oversight:
- Offer crisis intervention and support for complex cases.
- Supervise the intake and placement process, working closely with coordinators and therapists to ensure timely and suitable youth placements.
- Participate in investigations of policy violations and lead placement stabilization efforts.
- Review and approve foster home certifications and renewals.
- Step into vacant roles when needed to maintain service continuity.
Compliance & Operations:
- Ensure all client, youth, and foster parent records meet compliance standards through routine audits.
- Oversee adherence to mental health utilization protocols, where applicable.
- Conduct annual home visits and maintain relationships with referral sources.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and manage the division’s budget, monitoring expenses and making adjustments as needed.
- Prepare and submit required reports accurately and on schedule.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, sociology, child & family studies, or a related human services field.
- Active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
- At least three years of social services experience, including at least one year in a leadership or administrative role and two years providing direct client care.
- A valid driver’s license, an acceptable driving record, and auto insurance coverage. Ability to transport youth as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
