Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards. The QC Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of the quality control systems to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, quality control, and team leadership, with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
Duties
- Lead and manage the QC team to ensure compliance with quality standards in logistics operations (receiving, storage, and shipping).
- Develop, implement, and enforce quality control procedures and processes.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor quality performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.
- Manage root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
- Analyze quality metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Maintain accurate quality documentation and records.
- Provide leadership, training, and development opportunities for the QC team.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
- BILINGUAL
- Proven experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, CGMP requirements, HACCP principles, and quality inspection methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on detail-oriented reporting.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong knowledge of Logistics and its supply chain.
