Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain office organization by managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
- Utilize Google Suite for document preparation, data entry, and communication.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and maintaining records.
- Support team members with various tasks as needed, acting as a personal assistant when required.
Skills
- Proficient in office management practices with strong computer literacy.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required.
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous for effective communication with diverse clients.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate task execution.
