Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Orthodontics / Pediatrics

Coastline Smiles / San Jose Dental Specialists is currently looking to fill a full-time RDA Pediatric / Orthodontic position within our two beautiful practices. Position is for both locations that are only 6 miles from one another and are in East San Jose. Excellent environment with fun and friendly staff. Individuals must be great with children and a team player. POSITION DAYS/HOURS: (Mon-Fri is 3 weeks out of the month and 1 week with a weekday off but working the Saturday instead)

Monday - Friday 9-6pm

Sat 8-4pm (1 day per month)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Orthodontic or Pediatric chair-side assisting experience highly preferred but willing to train all needed skills to right individuals that have an outstanding personality and is great with children
• Current California RDA license required
• Current X-ray license and CPR certificate
• Must be able to work both locations (Only one location per given day)
• iTero Scanning knowledge preferred but not required (for highest pay rate, iTero knowledge is needed)
• Covid vaccination preferred but not required
• Must possess great work ethics, bubbly, and outgoing personality, independent, be reliable and trustworthy
• Have experience in taking photos for pre and post treatment
• Have reliable transportation
• Be cheerful and able to have fun, crack jokes, and enlighten the mood with a friendly smile
• Be able to give your thoughts on marketing suggestions to help promote and build the practice Wanting your position to be a career not just a job
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Ability to work independently and be a team player
• Hard working, detailed work ethics, and enthusiastic about learning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
