Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems within the car wash facility.
- Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and functionality.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and address any maintenance concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies.
- Weld components as necessary to ensure structural integrity of equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management.
- Monitor wash quality and diagnose any issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively.
- Familiarity with logic controllers is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership skills when supervising others.
- Experience with customer service principles, ensuring positive interactions with all stakeholders.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools required for maintenance tasks.
