The Director of Account Management is responsible for nurturing client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring the successful execution of projects within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and Content Management sectors. As a strategic leader, you will serve as the primary client contact, leveraging your expertise in our products and solutions to align with client objectives while driving revenue and operational success.
\n- Client Leadership: Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients, ensuring their business objectives align with our offerings.
- Technology Expertise: Become a subject matter expert in our digital solutions, staying updated on industry advancements to provide innovative recommendations.
- Account Growth & Revenue Generation: Identify expansion opportunities within accounts, upselling and cross-selling solutions to drive business growth.
- Project Oversight: Manage client projects from inception to execution, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Consultative Selling: Address client challenges with tailored solutions, demonstrating a deep understanding of their industry and business needs.
- Market & Industry Insight: Stay informed on market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to position our services competitively.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and pipeline forecasts for strategic decision-making.
- Negotiation & Advocacy: Lead contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements while championing the client’s needs within the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7 years of experience in account management, consulting, or client engagement within SaaS, digital transformation, hardware sales, or digital content development.
- Proven success managing multiple projects and engaging C-suite clients.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in high-complexity implementation projects, including agile or scrum methodologies.
- Ability to lead teams and drive accountability in a fast-paced environment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Influence internal and external stakeholders to drive success.
- Contract Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate agreements effectively.
- Strategic Thinking: Align sales strategies with business growth objectives.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product, technology, deployment, and support teams.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize CRM tools and analytics for insights and forecasting.
- Conflict Resolution: Navigate and resolve client and project challenges efficiently.
- Financial Acumen: Understand pricing strategies and financial impact.
