As a Manager, Sales Strategy you will support Databricks’ rapidly growing AMER Enterprise sales teams. You will manage the development of processes used to track forecasting, pipeline, team performance, capacity and territory planning, and strategic projects. You will report to the AMER Enterprise Senior Director, Sales Strategy.
The impact you will have :
- You’ll support daily operations for AMER’s Enterprise Business across forecasting, pipeline management and sales headcount management.
- You’ll guide and assist Sales Leadership with strategic business planning and fiscal year planning.
- You’ll be responsible for consolidating strategies, BAU operations and cadences across each of the business areas, and making adjustments / improvements to drive growth and accountability.
- You’ll be responsible for cross-functional collaboration (hyperscalers, enablement, programmes, finance etc.) across the business and supporting these teams.
- You’ll create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting leveraging large datasets to gather insights and guide AMER ENT investment, growth and strategic direction.
- Partner and PS (Accelerate) Program funding management and recommendation to fund the most impactful projects for the business, maximizing ROI.
