CoAuto is seeking to fill a position in the Service Advisor category and we are excited to build and grow our team.
We currently have 1 advisor and operate best with 2 full time advisors
As an advisor here your duties will be to act as a professional liaison between the client and the technicians. We aim to kindly identify the need for, sell, and schedule service work in a timely manner.
You will be the 1st person to be in contact with our clients and this means we desire you are friendly and kind to everyone. We have a team environment and a fantastic culture that wants only the best for ourselves and others. If you are a team player we want you on board so you can begin to grow with us as a family unit.

Our technicians are kind and genuine humans, there is not one tech that is hard to talk to or ask the necessary questions. We all get along great.

- 5 day work weeks. M-F 8-5. - note: we have a weekly operational meeting meetings at 7:45am on Wednesday and 1 monthly at 7:45 on Tuesday

- For Advisors - We use all electronic shop management systems. Shop-Ware is our management system of choice
- For technicians - Shop supplied special tooling such as OEM Scanners, OEM programming tooling, ADAS calibration station (Toyota/Lexus), New fluid exchange machines (all), hydraulic foot operated press/strut compressor, plus electric garage doors, overhead oil/fluid reels, overhead air & elec. power, cooled/heated garage, great lighting, clean floors, newer lifts, laser alignment machine, plus so much more.
