Wealth Management Manager
Wealth Management Manager with Cobalt Credit Union provides expert guidance and innovative solutions to help meet a member's financial goals and objectives at every life stage. They establish value-added relationships with members, to understand their financial needs and to offer solutions for those needs. This position directly supervises the Financial Advisors.
Education and/or Experience Requirements
In order to succeed, the candidate for this role must have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5 years direct management experience leading a Wealth Management team preferred.
- 10 years of documented record of success in investment sales.
- Must display traits such as honesty, work ethic, self motivation, discipline and team-orientation.
- Must have proven people skills and the ability to quickly build relationships with people.
- Must fit in with the social and cultural values of Cobalt Credit Union.
- Must have the relevant product knowledge and required skills to execute the business model outlined above.

Licenses
- FINRA Series 7
- FINRA Series 66 (preferably) or Series 63
- Life and Health Insurance designation
- Certified Financial Planner preferred
