Cobalt Health and Wellness, a well established global healthcare clinical and technology services firm with nation-wide Government and Corporate business, is seeking a Part Time Administrative Office Manager for our Lone Tree office.
IMMEDIATE OPENING - Healthcare or professional services industry background with broad admin-operations support experience preferred. Minimum 2 years of Administrative/Operations Management experience required. Professional with diversified Administrative, Communications including general HR and business financial skills desired. We are looking for dependable, self-driven, office administrative - executive support professional with proficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks and office productivity tools with strong organizational, written and oral communications skills.
Specific Responsibilities include:
Administrative Support: Organize / schedule conference calls and meetings, Communication with Clinical and Consulting staff, maintaining financial, HR data bases and Spreadsheets, staffing and on-boarding
Accounting & Finance: Employee Time Tracking & Payroll datasheet preparation and coordination with external Accounting Bookkeeping firm, Monthly Invoicing, A/R follow-up and Reconciliation of Bank Statements
Operation Support: General day-to-day business operational support in coordination with the assigned staff (Employees, Consultants and Subcontractors)
Pay Scale: $20 to $22 per hour based on experience and skills.
Typical work schedule is 4 hours a day, 4-5 days a week in the morning (18-20 hours total per week).
