The EPIC Campus Administrative Assistant/Office Manager is responsible for supporting administrators by performing administrative and secretarial essential duties which include but are not limited to the following:
The EPIC Campus Administrative Assistant/Office Manager will also provide support to the Industry Partnership Coordinator by supporting students as they prepare for work-based learning opportunities. Essential duties associated with this role include screening application paperwork, coaching students as they prepare for upcoming interviews, assisting in the organization of upcoming industry events at the EPIC Campus, and data entry related to work-based learning opportunities.
