Overview:
Our marketing agency is growing, and we’re looking for a creative powerhouse who lives and breathes social media trends and modern graphic design. If you know how to make content that stops the scroll, tells a story, and makes people want to click follow, we want to meet you. This role is a hybrid of visual storytelling and social media management—ideal for someone who can take a brand’s vibe and run with it across digital platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing high-quality graphics, reels, carousels, and visuals that reflect each client's brand
- Executing social media strategies that actually grow pages and drive engagement
- Writing on-brand captions that sound human, not robotic
- Staying on top of trends (yes, Threads counts) and adapting them to client content
- Monitoring analytics and pivoting strategies based on performance
- Managing and scheduling posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Brainstorming creative campaigns with our team that make people pay attention
- Occasionally managing paid social ads (a bonus if you already know how)
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, CapCut, InShot
- Up-to-date with what’s trending visually and socially (you know what works now)
- Able to balance creativity with strategy—this isn’t just a pretty feed, it’s a growth tool
- Organized, self-driven, and reliable with deadlines
- Clear communicator who plays well with a team but can also lead independently
- Experience with sign manufacturing or production design = a big plus
- Understanding of motion graphics or animation is a nice-to-have
Bonus if you:
- Know Canva but prefer Photoshop
- Are comfortable working across multiple client accounts
- Have a background in Marketing/branding or advertising layouts
- Can confidently create visuals for both web and print
