Construction Superintendent
Residential Real Estate Development. Vertically integrated Investment, Development, and Construction. Actively seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee ground-up multifamily projects, including supervising the on site day-to-day work.
- Prepare the project plan, sequence, and schedule with the collaboration of field personnel.
- Maintain project documents including progress reports, schedule updates, change orders, time & material logs.
- Communicating appropriately with the proper parties and keep them fully informed of progress and any significant technical problems/solutions and their effect on design, schedule and/or costs.
- Develop logistics and expedite the permitting and approvals process as necessary
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a Superintendent with suburban residential construction experience
- Stick-built (wood frame) experience a plus
- Full scope of experience including sitework, foundation, sewage, drainage, concrete, masonry, mechanical systems, carpentry, and finishes.
- The ability to establish documents and procedures that focus on site safety.
- Familiarity with all construction trades.
- Understanding of the Long Island market (code/zoning/subcontractors)
The above salary range represents Cobalt's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base compensation range at the time of posting and is one part of the total rewards package this client provides to employees.
Salary : $130,000 - $170,000
