POSITION– Construction Superintendent
LOCATION– On Site in Long Island (Nassau County, N.Y.)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Supervise, coordinate, schedule, and manage all phases of the project
- Possess keen Project Management skills in order to mentor and develop staff
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or other technical degree strongly desired
- Perform site walkthroughs and contractor coordination
- Exhibit exceptional problem solving and communication skills.
- Possess strength in project management software including Submittal Exchange, Procore, Bluebeam, etc
- 5 years of Construction Management (buildings/pool/parks) experience
- Proficient knowledge of Windows/Outlook/Word/Excel
- OSHA 30 Hour Certified and maintain safety and compliance
- You will be required to have dependable transportation to travel to the jobsite in Wantagh, NY
