About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Cobalt Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform conceptual and detailed estimating on architectural and structural portions of projects
- Review project bid documents and plans to understand project scope
- Provide trade breakdowns to identify required trades for pricing
- Perform trade take-offs and unit costs to qualify and quantify subs' prices
- Update weekly meeting minutes and provide bid due date notifications
- Fulfill Estimating Checklist requirements for each bid
- Prepare conceptual estimates and provide accurate pricing for projects
- Coordinate project documents for all delivery methods
- Obtain and present unit pricing data
- Outline clarifications and qualifications within estimates
