We’re partnering with a high-growth construction company in Bozeman that’s looking for a Director of Construction to lead and scale its project delivery team. This is a senior leadership opportunity to develop a group of high-performing Project Managers and drive operational excellence across concrete builds in the commercial and municipal sectors.
As Director of Construction, you’ll be responsible for mentoring and managing your team while ensuring the successful delivery of complex structural concrete and heavy civil projects. You’ll play a pivotal role in keeping projects on track, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities for the Director of Construction include:
- Leading and developing a team of Project Managers and Coordinators
- Driving accountability and high performance across all assigned projects
- Acting as the senior client contact to ensure project satisfaction
- Overseeing project schedules, site coordination, and delivery standards
- Continuously improving processes to support business growth
Skills and experience required:
- Deep experience in structural concrete or heavy civil construction
- Proven track record in project leadership and team management
- Strong understanding of construction delivery best practices
- Knowledge of industry-standard software (Procore, P6, MS Project)
- Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership style
Location: Bozeman, Montana (full time, on site)
Remuneration: Basic salary of $170,000–$200,000 DOE generous bonus full benefits
