What You’ll Do
As a Residential Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that each project is completed on time, on budget, and to PRG’s exacting standards. You will:
- Lead the project to success – Set the strategic direction, ensure alignment with company values, and support the Superintendent and field teams.
- Plan, schedule & oversee execution – Develop detailed construction schedules, progress tracking, and milestone planning to keep projects on track.
- Manage project financials – Execute timely project buyout, manage contracts, purchase orders, and insurance requirements, and ensure the construction budget is protected and optimized.
- Ensure quality & compliance – Implement PRG’s QA/QC process, ensuring pre-construction meetings, assembly closeout documents, and final inspections meet our high standards.
- Drive efficiency & accountability – Expedite and process all shop drawings, submittals, and samples while ensuring subcontractor compliance and performance.
- Foster strong relationships – Build and maintain strong working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and municipal authorities.
- Represent PRG’s values – Uphold our commitment to safety, quality, and honesty in every project, ensuring that our reputation for excellence continues to grow.

✔ Have strong construction management experience and a deep understanding of residential project execution.
✔ Can juggle multiple priorities while ensuring efficiency and quality.
✔ Are a strategic thinker and proactive problem solver, ensuring challenges are tackled before they become roadblocks.
✔ Are a clear and effective communicator, able to coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
✔ Have experience in Microsoft Office, Procore, Buildertrend, or Microsoft Projects (preferred but not required).
✔ Are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
