What You’ll Do
As a Residential Project Superintendent, you are the heartbeat of the project. You will:
- Lead the project to success – You set the tone on-site, leading by example and ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.
- Prioritize safety & accountability – Enforce PRG’s safety policies, ensuring a secure worksite for all employees and subcontractors.
- Plan, execute & problem-solve – Work closely with the Project Manager to create a detailed project plan, oversee scheduling, and proactively solve challenges.
- Maintain quality & craftsmanship – Ensure all assemblies meet PRG’s Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QAQC) standards, performing final inspections on all work.
- Drive efficiency & organization – Keep the job site organized, clean, and operating at peak efficiency to meet timelines and budgets.
- Foster strong relationships – Cultivate and maintain professional partnerships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and municipal authorities.
- Represent PRG’s values – Uphold our commitment to safety, quality, and honesty in every project, ensuring that our reputation for excellence continues to grow.
