We are excited to introduce a newly created position in our client's organisation : Senior Program Director, New Fleet Introduction. Reporting directly to the VP of Asset Management, you'll lead the Program Management Office (PMO) and oversee the full scope of a pilot railroad electrification program. This includes new Rolling Stock procurement, securing financing, infrastructure construction, and ensuring seamless integration into daily operations.
As the driving force behind this high-profile program, you'll manage key interdependencies and ensure all workstreams align with the overall program objectives. You'll be responsible for program management, cost control, stakeholder communication, and ensuring safety and compliance across all aspects of the project.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the PMO, overseeing project management, financials, and progress reporting.
- Manage multiple major Rolling Stock programs concurrently, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
About You :
Location : Boston
Compensation : $190,000 - $220,000, plus performance related bonus and a great benefits package including railroad pension.
