Cobb County Toyota is seeking motivated Sales Consultants!
Responsibilities - Sales Consultant:
- Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs, finding the vehicle to meet their needs, and ensure that each customer has a satisfactory dealership experience.
- Explain features and demonstrate the operation of the vehicle in the showroom or on road.
- Suggest optional equipment for customers to purchase.
- Meet dealership sales goals.
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
- Compute and quote sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount.
- Completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales.
- Arrange for delivery and registration of the vehicle.
- Research availability of models and optional equipment.
- Engage in business development.
- Address customer concerns.
Qualifications and Requirements - Sales Consultant:
- Prior automotive sales experience is not necessary. Great salespeople have come from different backgrounds: The restaurant industry, recent college graduates, retail sales, insurance sales, or rental car associates, to name a few. We will train the right candidates!
- Professional appearance and strong communications skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Proven track record.
- Strong record of positive customer service results with a customer-focused attitude.
- Team oriented.
- Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
