After the sale is closed, you take the baton and lead the relationship-ensuring long-term success, strategic value, and exceptional customer service every step of the way.

Here's what you'll be doing:

Serve as the primary account manager for assigned clients, delivering proactive customer service and aligning our services with their goals.

Lead quarterly business reviews to ensure satisfaction, spot opportunities, and strengthen the partnership.

Work closely with our technical experts (no need to be a tech wizard) to keep projects running smoothly.

Track progress, communicate consistently, and identify upsell opportunities based on actual client needs-not guesswork.

The Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. No weekends. No nights. Just real work-life balance.
