What You'll Do as a Customer Resolutions Specialist
Service Call Management : Answer and process customer service calls, identify issues, and assign appropriate solutions
Customer Engagement : Handle ITT service calls, ensuring timely and effective service. As well as assist customers with supply orders and manage deliveries.
Invoicing and Reporting : Process service invoices and ensure proper call closure. Review and audit service invoices for accuracy before sending them to customers.
Collaboration : Work closely with Service Manager, Technical Training Director, Customer Success Managers, and Parts / Supplies departments to resolve issues .
Training and Development : Engage in ongoing training to enhance technical skills and service knowledge.
Systems Management : Proficiently use internal systems such as SIMS, E-Auto, and MyPrinterManager for service requests, orders, and invoicing.
What You Bring
Strong attention to detail to process service calls, orders, and invoices.
Comfortability with understanding technical issues related to equipment.
Excellent ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
Strong passion for delivering excellent customer service through problem-solving.
