Responsibilities
Client Advisement: Conduct personalized consultations to understand and address clients' diverse insurance needs.
New Business Development: Actively seek out and attract new clients through strategic prospecting and networking.
Policy Management: Offer expert advice on policy selection and coverage modifications to cater to clients' changing needs.
Cross-selling & Up-selling: Identify opportunities to optimize client portfolios through additional services and coverages.
Relationship Cultivation: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in insurance to provide clients with relevant, up-to-date information.
Requirements
Licensing: A current Oklahoma Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 Years in an Insurance Office (Required). Applicants must have at least three years of hands-on experience working in an insurance office, specifically selling personal lines insurance.
Sales or Client-Facing Roles (Highly Desirable). Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing capacity within the insurance industry is a

Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
