Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Develop and present tailored insurance quotes
  • Conduct sales presentations and close deals
  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting
  • Handle cold calls and follow-ups to drive sales growth
  • Meet and exceed sales goals
  • Process payments and update client information
  • Schedule appointments and manage sales pipelines
  • Handle objections and win back clients
  • Requirement

  • No insurance license required must be able to obtain one (we'll help!).
  • 2 years of B2B sales experience preferred (insurance sales not required).
  • Backgrounds in construction, oil & gas, banking, equipment rental, or nonprofits are a plus.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Goal-driven, self-starter with a team player mindset
  • Detail-oriented with critical thinking and prioritization skills
  • Professional phone and office etiquette
  • Proficiency in basic computer software & agency management systems
  • Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
