We are a National Property Management Company who specialize in communities with Manufactured and Park Model homes. We are looking for a Community Manager with at least ten years' experience to be responsible for the oversight of a 55-plus Park Model Home Community with 1,100 sites. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Design business plans for assigned properties that suit customers’ needs
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with residents
- Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
- Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
- Oversee properties’ personnel and assess its performance
- Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance
- Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
- Process monthly resident payments
- Ensure account accuracy
- Maintain resident and vendor files
- Process move-in and move out paperwork
- Vendor setup, process vendor invoices
- Work with HOA and Social Committee
Skills
- Proven work experience as Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager
- Fully understand property management and its financial aspects
- In-depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
- Customer focus and bottom-line orientation
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 per year depending on experience
