We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper will ensure that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards, providing a welcoming environment for guests and residents alike.
Responsibilities
- Perform custodial duties including cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing rooms and common areas.
- Ensure all surfaces are cleaned thoroughly, including carpets, floors, windows, and furniture.
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and personal items.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or requests promptly and courteously.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Follow established housekeeping protocols to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to implement efficient cleaning schedules.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and cleaning techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with residential cleaning practices or hotel housekeeping management is advantageous.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods.
