CobbleStone Software is seeking dynamic individuals to join their fast-growing software company. The successful candidate will join a results oriented, casual, fun environment with responsibilities ranging across multiple aspects of the business. The CobbleStone Software Content Marketing Specialist will participate in tactical marketing planning and execution of our advertising, social media, trade show & conference events, direct mail and email campaigns, artwork design, video and webinar development, and marketing collateral. We are looking for an enthusiastic Content Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.

A Content Marketing Specialist should be a competent professional able to understand business to business software client behavior trends and generate creative ideas. You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics.

The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth.

Responsibilities

1. Priority Email & Data Management Tasks:

  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative email marketing campaigns.
  • Leverage Constant Contact and SendGrid to craft creative and engaging email campaigns.
  • Oversee mailing lists using CRM and MS Excel.

2. Core Marketing Strategy & Planning:

  • Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends.
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels.
  • Marketing to general counsel and legal executives and other target buyers.
  • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.).
  • Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
  • Design and implement email, print, digital, telephone and other campaigns.
  • Assist with meeting Companies goal of client revenue growth, client retention, profitability goals.
  • Develop and improve product advertisements.
  • Coordinate and support marketing initiatives such as user conferences, marketing events, presentations and more.
  • Liaise with external vendors and partners to execute promotional events and campaigns.

3. Data Management & Reporting (Remaining Items):

  • Track and report on metrics.

4. General Administrative & Communication:

  • Schedule calls, meetings, tasks, planning events, implementation, training, maintain the team’s agenda.
  • Perform general office duties inclusive of answering phones, emails, meetings, and other related job duties.
  • Respond to internal and external related inquiries or requests and aid other staff members as required.
  • Professional communication and team interaction.
  • Requires a high degree of interaction with team-members, clients, vendors and management.

5. Leadership & Mentorship:

  • Be a leader.
  • When asked: assist and/or lead the mentoring other staff.
  • Take direction from management, directors, superiors, and others and provide advice in a professional manner.

6. Technical & Product Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of CobbleStone products and features as required by your specific role.

7. Physical Requirements & Travel:

  • May require travel, may require long period of time at a computer and other physical activities.
  • May require travel overnight, requires long time sitting at a computer, typing, physical activity, communications, standing, walking and degree of computer skills.
  • Your role may require you to travel and work on site to the office in Lindenwold New Jersey or as determined from time-to-time by the Company;

  • Understand your roles job duties and metrics.
  • Retain strict confidentiality obligations of company policies and those if its clients; inclusive of not participating in, responding to surveys/questions, or posting company/client/vendor/employee or non-public information on social media sites or other public sources.
  • Maintain compliance with PTO and time-off policies, security policies, and comply with applicable laws, regulations, and client contract obligations; strive to schedule all time-off in advance and coordinated with manager and Human Resources.
  • Be reliable, professional, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

· May require travel, both in the US and International (can be overnight for multiple days)

· May require long walks, stairs, standing, both onsite and on travel

· May require lifting or traveling with items up to 50 lbs.

· Must have excellent English communication skills.

· Must be able to legally work in the United States, must pass background, criminal, and drug testing.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
