Overview
This position provides exceptional guest service by operating a cash register and assisting guests with a 'Say Yes to the Guest' attitude. The primary focus is on scanning, ringing, and/or entering customer merchandise into the cash register, collecting customer payment and delivering appropriate change, bagging, and assisting customers with questions or concerns.

- Operating a cash register in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Collecting money, checks, electronic payments, and coupons from the guest and making correct change and assuring the security of the cash drawer at all times.
- Scanning or ringing items accurately and efficiently.
- Identifying and keying in department numbers, produce items, UPC numbers, look-up numbers, weights, and other items that are unable to scan.
- Assisting guests with locating merchandise and answering questions and/or concerns.
- Bagger duties as necessary.
